How Fares Are Calculated

Fares vary based on distance, passengers, and luggage

Based on Distance and Vehicle Type

Fares are calculated based on travel distance and vehicle type. A minimum fare applies due to the nature of the service. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

An additional $15 applies per extra passenger (children included)

One baby seat and one booster seat are provided as standard. If you need two or more, availability may be limited depending on the vehicle type and operating conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Basic Policy

The deposit is approximately 20% of the total fare, and the remaining balance is paid to the driver on the day, by cash or bank transfer.

Flight Changes / Delays

TAYO is not responsible for same-day cancellations or changes caused by airline circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.). If a delay is expected before your flight departs, please let us know in advance.

A significant delay of 2 hours or more without prior notice may result in automatic cancellation, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.

No Show

Failing to appear at the pickup location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.

Waiting Time

The first 30 minutes of waiting are free; a $30 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes.

TAYO Responsibility Policy

For situations caused by our own fault – such as a vehicle breakdown, accident, or driver error – we provide a full refund of the deposit and compensate any additional transport costs within 24 hours.
